Returns & Refunds Policy

How to Return

  • To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (by email) within the 14-day period.

  • Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price, including the original delivery cost (if any).

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exemptions

Please note:

  • Custom-made or personalised artwork is non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.

** You may cancel your order, as long as the shipment hasn't been fulfilled. please email as soon soon as possible so we can help manage this for you.
